They make new doors and frames in white rounded corners, but that's about it unless you get them from Airstream in bare aluminum (rounded corners, still).  Have not seen an online source, just at dealers.  Let me know if you find an online website.

As for older looking doors, a sheetmetal shop is about the only thing going.  I've seen a few duplicated doors at rallies that look very nice - of course the shops have all the pan brakes and shears to do it right.
