Gary, try the sanding screens for sheet rock, they don't fill up and you can use both sides. And yes, muscle is necesary. Even if I am a girl ! If you use armstrongs Solarian flooring, it is more forgiving of rough underlaying. It is much harder to put in though. Good luck, Daisy
