[VAC] A/C and port window questions

Hey all you Airstream lovers-

Hi....I'm Jamie and i'm a new Airstream Person.

1973 31' Sovereign....first off does anyone know where this name came from?

Second out of about a moillion questions i have...how would one go about 
cleaning the inside of them port windows up top?

OK...Third....My A/C unit blows but not cold....any help would be nice
