Jeff:

         I had a second FV put in my trailer ('95 Excella Classic) at 
Bismark last year.  I did not do it, but the installer *did* cut some metal 
out to make it fit.  It's hard to imagine how it could be made to fit into 
a round-cornered hole, if the FV is larger on diagonal than the 
hole.  Maybe someone else has a better idea, but it seems to me you have to 
bite the bullet and start cutting.  It does not show after the installation 
is complete.
