I would spend the cost of a new RV airconditioner to fix my old Armstrong before
I would replace it. The trick is finding an experienced HVAC person that won't
take the easy answer. Over the years I know of occasions were virtually every
component needed was available. Might have had to have some modifications, but
they were made to work.
