Steve,
What you are seeing is the HTML format coding that some people started 
using on their e-mail (let's blame Bill Gates).

This problem will disappear as soon as the list migrates to the new 
MDameon mail software - the new Digests will be able to display these 
specially formatted postings.

I'm almost ready to make the transfer - only thing holding it up is the 
transfer of all the airstream.net e-mail accounts to the new VAC server. 
That's tied to moving the whole VAC website to it's new home.  Hang in 
there.

Uh, you do know that whole days digest in your reply is going to now 
appear in today's digest don't you?
