[VAC] Original paint on cast nameplate by door

I want to repaint the cast aluminum plaque by the door of my '67
Caravel.  I know it should be blue, but someone who owned the trailer
before me repainted it and now I can't tell what should be painted
and what should be left bare.  Can anyone tell me how it should look?

I am especially wondering about the center section.
