Take the door to a welding shop that is good on aluminum and have them
weld the cracks. They will carve out a groove and then fill it with new
aluminum. Don't apply JP Weld, they won't like to do the job because the
fumes of the JB Weld will interfere with their welding and won't smell
good to them during the process.

Tom's Welding in Story City, Iowa is set up for aluminum and good at it.
