you go with reinforced flexible tubing and clamps. Had the same problem with my ’60. Home Depot and Lowes both have the tubing. If clamps bother you, double them up
like they do on marine applications.
It is very easy to run, can be fished around tubs etc., and doesn’t have
to be bent like copper. Most of
the tubing I have seen is clear with PSI ratings much higher than water
