[VAC] Bambi interior question.

  I recently purchased a 1963 Bambi, and am in the process of restoration. I
am sure I will have multiple questions. The first is are the interior panels
aluminum?? If they are has anyone tried stripping the paint and polishing
the interior? I have a cyclo polisher, which i am sure would do the job, but
I want to make sure the panels are aluminum before i strip the paint. It has
a terrible hand paint job now. Also did the original Bambi come with a
table?? If so where did it usually set? Thanks in advance.
