[VAC] window crank repair

Hey everyone,
	John and I are deep in trailer repair (on our 65 Caravel) and with all the 
big stuff that's getting done, I'm feeling the need to make sure the little 
stuff is up to par too.  I'm wondering about the window cranks.  Ours are 
obviously worn, although the aren't completely worn out.  When you go to 
crank the window open you have to push a little on the window from the 
inside and then the crank will grab and continue to roll out the 
window.  What should I do for a repair on the crank?  Is there an interior 
part that can be replaced?  Also, what do you use to weatherstrip them, I 
have at least one window that leaks a little.  Thanks for the help.
