[VAC] HELP! A/C COVER REMOVAL

I'm trying to get the top cover of the original Armstrong A/C unit off.
Unscrewed the 4 sheet metal screws in the top of the cover, but the thing
won't budge. What else do I need to do to get it to come loose? Thanks!
