We care because we are regulated and liable, not
because we don't know the person coming through town. 
We just don't know if you are from the Railroad
Commission or the NFPA. Fines do not look good to your
Propane Insurance man.
The OPD valves are good to have if you have children
or grandchildren. They are just an extra safety
feature which unfortunately costs 20 bucks.
But it could save you a lot more than that.
