Dr. G and fellow Listees,
               Our 66 Overlander was also reupholstered with floral fabric
on the couch and new curtains made by the previous owner (you can tell he is
a retired dentist as he did such a fine job of refitting them) which were
then lined by my cousin a professional "blindsman".  It's easier to get the
kids to sleep now as well.  The interior wood veneer, American walnut, has
faded some but I refinished with Danish oil and richened it up a little.
When I removed the papertowel rack one could see that it had indeed faded a
lot since it was new. It is still a great pleasure to sit back and
contemplate those curves and angles all the same! GS
