I have paint bubbles on my 1990 Motor Home. About the size of dime in four or five places. You can pick the paint off with a finger nail. Underneath is a white powder which comes off. How should I clean this? I have factory gray paint to spray on. Do I need a primer? Is this the dreaded "filiform corrosion"? Thanks
