I my of found something of interest to those with tank problems..
Master Bond Inc. announced a major technological breakthrough, MASTER BOND 
X17,  a single component adhesive designed to bond polyethylene and 
polypropylene.  Supposed to be simple to use and easy to apply, durable, 
water resistant and cures readily at room temperature.
Polyolefins are among the hardest of all surfaces tot bond to. Traditional 
products require special surface treatments in order to get good adhesion. 
MASTER BOND X17 bond polyolefins without any special surface preparation.
