The '65 GT still had the Hehr 1200 series windows.  The '66 had the 
formed Corning/Phillips windows.  To which you have, and for repair tips

The good news is that you get the hooks from

They come in red, but you can strip the paint off.

The C shape hinge extrusion will have to be duplicated by a welding or 
sheet-metal shop.

A November Mfg date may mean that you actually have a '66 Globetrotter 
as the model year started in October, just like the automobiles.
