Roger, that run can be pretty brutal, as i recall... there are a couple of
long, long 'slight' uphill grades can heat things up pretty good. It would
be a good test run, though, and you'd undoubtedly learn a lot about the
extent of the Toy's capabilities.

A side note: when i did the run from tucson to san diego, years ago, pulling
the Globetrotter behind the bentley, it was late June and hotter than hell
out there... coming over the hills at midnight, the outside temp was still
hovering around 100 degrees... but I had one of those canvas bags that one
fills with water, and hang in front of the radiator... a low-tech solution
that really really works... i haven't seen them around anymore - does anyone
else remember those?
