What's the 12v amp/hour rating for that fridge? 12v may make sense 
while driving long distances and then fire up propane mode when 
camped. 120VAC where possible, of course, but I suspect that we're 
going to be mostly off the grid while using this trailer.

Luckily, one of the previous owners already installed a fridge (and 
removed it before they sold it to me) and there are lower and upper 
vents where the fridge used to be. I hate the idea of cutting into 
the skin if at all possible so will design around existing vents 
until I am forced to make those painful decisions.

I was going to build a portable outdoor shower by having a very long 
hose that had a shower head on the end which could be mounted on a 
something outside the trailer

Would prefer an instant inline heater even if it means addl. cost and 
I noticed that you have two 20lb tanks. How much time/day of typical 
use to you get running the fridge and water heater with 40lb?
