[VAC] Re: Plastic tank repair

Joy,
 The connecting tube on my '68 G.T. needed replacing, and I used a piece
of straight radiator hose that I had in stock. I don't remember the
size, but it was something like 1 1/4" ID, not something uncommon.

This was brand-new hose (albeit in stock for probably 20 years), not
something I cut out of an old truck or something.
