Jill,
         the Aquastar we have (the 125) would be too big for a trailer I'm 
pretty sure.  Also, check to see how they have to be vented.  A 125 burns 
at 125,000BTU's, really hot, and needs a lined chimney in a house.  I seem 
to remember someone discussing an RV tankless waterheater last year, but I 
can't remember which brand.  Seems like it might have been for a 
boat.  Good luck, let us know what you end up with.
