[VAC] Re: Brake Control _ Newbie Question

Greg,
I think you'd be happier towing the the Grand Wagoneer, that's
basically a truck, about like a Chevy Suburban.

Besides the leveling feature of the equalizing hitch, it offers another
function that a simple leveler on the vehicle won't: it will transfer
some of the weight to the front wheels of the tow vehicle, especially
under braking. Think about it: the trailer braking action tends to make
the tounge twist down, and the equalizing hitch will transfer some of
this to the front wheels, helping your braking action.

You really do want the heaviest tow vehicle possible, all things
considered. Especially when you have a choice, as you do.
