There are a couple of online site that sell the 2024-T aircraft aluminum you need. It's measured in thousands of an inch thick - check what yours is at that location. See http://vintageairstream.com/rr_topics_suppliers.html for the links.

The best repair I ever saw for the lower damage you describe, was someone made a small 8x10 access door in the same style as the others on the trailer. The door went to no where, but you'd never know it. The keyed locks are available from all RV dealers.
