I think most of the smaller 60's models had the combination shower/toilet.
It's just like a small shower stall, and the original showers are handheld.
My '63 Bambi (16') has that combination. I've lived in mine for 6 months
(and 15,000 miles), almost entirely without hookups. It was great.
