[VAC] Re: Tanks: accumulators and pumps
Marc,
We normally leave the pump switch on except when travelling or during
the few times we have city water hooked up. The SurFlo pump is quiet
enough that it doesn't wake me at night if my wife uses the bathroom,
and it's under my bed (center twins). It's much quieter than the old
Jabsco pump and much smooter output. (no noticable pulsations)
Yeah, all this stuff gets expensive and time-consuming to add, but
that's part of the deal. Geeze, ANYBODY can buy and use an "appliance";
those who "make it our own" are unique. I have nearly as much fun
customizing the trailer as I do actually using it. Besides, I'll bet
that I don't have even $2000.00 in all my modifications, probably closer
to half that. About the price of a used Anshutz rifle with good sights.
