May be a possibility you  have frame separation which means the 
connecting brackets that hold the trailer body to the frame have rusted 
out.  This can cause a separation problem which may give  a floor angel.  
Check out Patterson web site.  Lot of talk about that over time.  Check 
and see if you have a gap between trailer body and rear bumber or if you 
have movement when lift bumber up with out body moving.  Also look down 
side of trailer from the rear and see if you have an distoration (pushing 
out or slight bulge) of skin near bottom of body, possible at the wheel 
well or sooner.
