I don't have time to elaborate right now about rear floor downward slant but
that sounds very much like the black water holding tank may be broken, the
holding tank cover may have disintegrated through long-term corrosion, and
the floor may now be unsupported at the rear.  Another possibility and also
common is water intrusion or internal water system leaks may have rotted the
rear compartment floor and it has sagged because it is detached from the
rear body.

Others will be able to make suggestions but as a minimum you may want to
investigate.
