Well, Jim, that's a very timely post.  I've been trying to decide
between the Statpower and the  InteliPower to replace my Univolt because
it kills batteries.  That constant charge just doesn't cut it.

Now to go to C.W. and use my member card and that 10% discount card I've
been saving.  Should total out to less than $200, plus the cost of the
Charge guard.

I wish I had one of those $1 installation coupons, :-).  That Univolt is
really buried in the A/S.
