[VAC] Re: Repairing/Replacing Rotted Floor Sections

another tip - garnered from an old write up by (I
think) Bud Cooper suggests that you drill small holes,
1/4 apart in a grid fashion and 3/4 of the thickness
of the floor into the rotted section, and extending
into the solid section in order to extend the wicking
through the whole wood piece to be repaired and to
anchor the repair to solid wood - in a sense, making
your own plywood version of the OSB being mentioned.
Then spread the watery resin all around and let it
harden - the result is expected to be tougher than the
original.
