[VAC] Re: Window type AC instead of oven?

There is a need for the window unit to be modified with rudimentary
ducting so that intake and exhaust air don't mix inside the trailer. It
would be worth the trouble to duct one down and one out, or if both
reach the outside wall to turn louvers on one to the left and the other
to the right, anything to lengthen the short circuit air flow path
between them. Otherwise they will mix inside the trailer space (but the
parts that would have been outside the window) and drastically reduce
the performance of the unit. Might be better to bring the intake air
from the bottom or louvered down, and blow the exhaust air up or through
louvers aiming it upward. The trouble with louvers oriented upward is
that they will direct rain water inwards.
