International Board of Trustees   12  Region Presidents, Int'l Officers  Pres,
1st VP etc
they meet 2/3 times per year.....before the Int'l rally   after the Int'l rally
and in January......
see pictures pg  32-33 of new directory     they have a seminar where all the
committee chairmen make their reports and  members  can voice problems but the
actual meeting  is
