[VAC] WBCCI Numbers

Jim,

My recent experience was that you can call WBCCI HQ and tell them you are
sending in your completed application to rejoin.  Kathy pulled my file and
asked me if I wanted to keep my original numbers probably assuming I still
had the numbers on the end caps.  I understand that WBCCI will issue you a
new, probably low 4 digit number unless you want to regain your original
numbers.
