They may publish a scaled down financial report but if you want a full 
financial report you have to request from directly from WBCCI.  I did 
this two year ago and they wanted $3.00 for the report, which I had to 
send in with my request.  In my view the organization was financially in 
very  very solid shape and I do feel they (the leadership) need to act 
like poor folks.  Just be prudent.
