[VAC] Maybe a new VAC member

I've been working on my brother to get rid of his MH (which is a money
pit) and get a vintage A/S, and he finally did it.  He's now the proud
owner of a '76 31 ft Sovereign in excellent condition.  Rear bath, in
spite of my warnings, but that seems to be OK.

Anyway, it's got old WBCCI numbers on it, and he'd like to retain those
when he joins WBCCI/VAC.  Too much of a hassle to get them off, and then
there is the problem of the ghost numbers remaining.  How does he go
about getting that number assigned?  Is there someone at WBCCI he can
call to work that out?

I'd appreciate any info off-list, please.
