Perhaps you can imagine the communications load that WBCCI would get from 
its nearly 10,000 members if it had an open email address.  They have a 
pretty limited staff now and don't know how many more staff it would take 
to handle  the load of messages and inquiries.  Some day they are going 
to have to take a look at improved communications but suspect it will be 
awhile yet.  A year ago they didn't feel they could afford to hire a 
replacement executive director.
