[VAC] Re: 23' Airstream

The Safari went from 22' in 1968 to 23' in 1969 with the new body style
change.  Trailer lengths were rarely exactly in whole feet and were
rounded up.

BTW, I'm finally getting around to updating that table and adding 14
more photo sets thanks to files people sent in over the last month. 
Should have some relevant changes to it over the next week.
