I have seen GM bulletins certifying propylene glycol for use in GM
vehicles.  Maybe that's what the new "pink stuff" for cars is.  Ethelyne
Glycol and propylene glycol are very similar in antifreeze protection, and
both need about 50% dilution for most effective protection against
freezing.  They are NOT, however, similar in toxicity.
