You'll find that most of the Listee's (286 & growing) have short
attention spans..... now where was I heading with this?  Oh yeah, short
attention spans.... Therefore it is best to ask one question per
posting, you will get the best response that way.

It is all overwhelming at first, but spend the winter sitting in the
trailer, mapping out your restoration plans, read & learn as much as you
can -explore every inch of inside and outside.  Researching before you
rip & tear will be your biggest ally in the long run.
