Hey David:

Here's what I went to the junkyard armed with.  FWIW from some old notes.

Bolt circle = 5 1/2"

Cutout diameter = 3 3/4"  
(the hole in the center, very important to clear the hub projection)

Outside edge of rim to face of bolt surface = 3" ( 2 1/2" should work)

Outside diameter of rim = 16 5/8"

Rim width = 6" (nominal)

I have a few other dimensions like for the projection where the hubcap 
goes (9" ID) but I don't think you need them if you can find one with the 
major dimensions above.  These worked for me.
