That C.B. under the
floor feeds the power to the breakaway switch on the tounge of the
trailer.
Dunno about Steve's '63, but my '68 had 4 C.B.s in the control
panel that fed various parts of the 12VDC system. They were of the automotive,
auto-reset type. Troubleshooting will require testing the current draw of
things, especially the pump, and possible replacement of the circuit breaker(s).
My local NAPA store carries them.
