The serial# translates to  I 28 4 2 0121, or International trim 28
footer made in 1964 tandem axle sequence # 0121.  As for the damage -
that's some serious dent. I think the only place you are going to get
panels is from a donor is worse(?) shape.   Some owners have had
replacement skins made by some of the Airstream dealers who specialize
in sheet metal work, including compound convex work, but it is pricey.
