Dan, i'd go ahead and 'mickey mouse' that door seal, for one...and cut some
2" styrofoam insulation and stuff the roof -vents... close off as many
openings high up where the heat's escaping...

also, what measures have you taken to keep the water lines from freezing?

a CO2 detector might be a good idea, if you decide to seal the unit up a
bit.

you're undoubtedly losing a good deal of warmth through the glass, too...
