Only difference is this circuit uses the light harness of the towing vehicle 
to supply control power to the relays.  The trailer lights run off the 
auxillary battery and do not have to run through the mess of wiring allthe 
way to the front of the towing vehicle.  Unless of course they have changed 
to small relays with a main "hot" wire and control power is supplied via 
fiberoptic cable as in the late model Hondas.
