For what it's worth (& it's really HARD for ANYbody to put a value on these
things - even for insurance purposes), I just looked at a pretty decent
'68/31' Sov. L/Y in Nashville.  Seller wanted $ 5900, FIRM.  I passed.

Guess it's all in what you want, can afford & prepared to deal with
(surprises, as well as fun times working on it toward the real PRIDE level).
