[VAC] Stuck water cap (was power&water)
The thing about any rusted part is not getting PO'ed and giving it that
'little bit extra' keep hitting it with the penetrate of choice (WD, Kroil,
Liquid Wrench,Blaster, Rust cutter) and keep it up it can sometimes take a
few days for the item to come loose if you can not wail on it. just keep
putting the stuff on and tapping it and waiting.
