[VAC] Black tank removal

Folks, I am in too deep for my own good now! This morning I tried to drop that
steel framed cover pan (or whatever its called) that encompasses the black tank,
and had no luck at all...not that luck is what I need. What I need is info!

I can't see how the box comes off with the drain valve, and drain pipes for
the grey water still leading to the tank? There is absolutely no room to get
at that stuff before the box is removed, but t it won't be removed without unhooking
the pipes?

Do I have to remove the entire bathroom? If that's the case...come and get
this thing!

I left in a confused state. What really makes it difficult is all the foam
some past owner sprayed over everything under there..then painted it silver!

There is a hose going into the front side of the box, about 1 inch ID..I don't
know if it goes to the tank or not..anyone fathom a guess on what it might be?
It too was covered in sprayed foam insulation. This will have to be removed
if it is connected to the tank. Could it be a vent? Something for the water
heater which is above it? I thought the only thing to this tank would be sewage!
Could it be a replacement conduit for wires?
I saw lots of that on the curbside of the tank box, tucked up in there..all
covered with silver foam.
