After I sanded it down and replaced the old fiberglass 
with new fiberglass, it still leaks. It turned out that 
my grey water tank is really the fresh water tank with 
the plastic colored grey.  Welders didn't want to weld 
newer plastic to it because of the poor condition the old 
plastic is in.  InLand RV in Corona CA had a new water 
tank for me at $270.  I gave in a bought one.
