[VAC] found my baby

opted for the '49 20-footer. actually flew down to iowaboys this morning to
look at it in person, and to give it the 'sniff test'... it has the fairly
typical 'rear-bath droop', and a good deal of the flooring needs to be
replaced... going to 'gut' this one, anyway...but long story short... i'm in
love.

this is a 'pipe-frame'... with which I have no experience at all - the
central 'keel' is a pipe which runs the length of the trailer from hitch to
bumper.. is this supposed to rotate around the long axis? It does so, about
22.5 degrees in either direction... and stops, solidly... no 'side-to-side'
movement, no up-and-down... is this a 'feature' of this type of frame? or a
potentially dangerous flaw?
