        Have just pulled up the existing flooring on our 31'77 Sovereign 
have discovered dry rot in the washroom, especially around toilet base. 
Have completely removed bathroom vanity, toilet, etc. to replace flooring.
Appears the flooring is bolted down under rear access compartment (note
a channel)  Any advice on how to replace this flooring or other solutions.
