Try opening one of the faucets - you may have vacumn block.  Also try
turning on the pump and pumping the water out, perhaps that will remove any
blockage.  My guess is any obstruction  is probably  near the tank outlet
or in the pump.  Check the pump filter.  A final option is to screw in a
air hose adaptor at outside  water hose connection and send a shot of air
into the system.  Look for hidden shut off valve, probably in rear near
outside water in connection..
